Formal attire is requested. We kindly ask that you assist us in making the photos truly spectacular! The ceremony will be on grass and some areas of the reception will be on cobblestone. please keep that in mind as pump or stilleto style heels may be difficult to walk on in that terrain.

Parking is available directly outside the main entrance of the venue. Should this area become full, additional parking is available along the main road or on the nearby side streets. We kindly ask that you remain mindful of any "No Parking" signs if you choose to park in the adjacent neighborhood.

The wedding venue requires that we submit our final headcount two weeks before the wedding. Once the headcount is set, we will be locked into a minimum number of guests. Please let us know immediately if you are unable to attend, so that we can adjust the headcount or offer the invitation to other guests whom our budget could not originally accommodate. If you do not attend without providing notice after RSVPing that you will be attending, we will be very upset.

We kindly request that if you are running late, you refrain from interrupting the ceremony. Instead, please make your way to the cocktail hour venue near the entrance, where you may wait until the ceremony concludes.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests who were not listed on the invitation. It has been a difficult process narrowing down our guest list to fit within our budget, so we kindly ask that if your invitation did not include a plus-one, you respect our wishes and do not request one.

While we would have loved to include children, we kindly ask that you leave them at home with family, friends, or other caregiving arrangements for the full duration of the event. Please understand that this request is made with the utmost love, but the per-person seat cost is too great to accommodate everyone. We hope you understand that this decision is not meant to exclude anyone. Your presence means the world to us, and we are grateful for your understanding and cooperation.

Please know that we will not be offended if you are unable to attend the wedding. However, we would appreciate your understanding that if you are unable to stay for the majority of the evening's planned events, we kindly ask that you celebrate with us on another day. The venue charges a per-person cost of $130, and we would like to save money where possible.

We are not providing it as an option in the RSVP form to avoid non-vegetarians from selecting it because the venue will only provide a limited amount of substitutions before we are required to pay for a 3 meal tier. Nonetheless, the venue can accommodate the substitution. Please leave a note in the meal section or contact me separately and we will make the accommodations for you!
